Boning Tables
The boning tables (mod.TD) have a fully welded sturdy frame in AISI 304 stainless steel designed to prevent any water or organic substances from collecting and stagnating.
The welded frame also enables tables to be made with dimensions up to 4000×2000 mm.
The table tops are in 25mm thick non-toxic polyethylene with a density of 500; the legs are fitted with height-adjustable feet.
The boning tables are also available with a lower shelf or closed in below with sliding or hinged doors.
Given their hygienic qualities, the tables are suitable for working any food product and in particular wherever strict health and hygiene regulations are applicable.
